The Indian Premier League had it’s first classic of the year, as the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) went to Eden Gardens to face the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
The situation seemed bleak for the Sunrisers, when they needed 60 off 18 deliveries, before Heinrich Klaasen cemented his reputation as one of the great finishers in T20 cricket, scoring 43 runs off off 12 balls at the death to see SRH needing five runs off two deliveries for victory. He would unfortunately be dismissed in the penultimate ball, as KKR held their nerve to come away with a four-run victory.
